Become the CEO of your brain—where you, not your ADHD, call the shots.

You’ve been working your hardest to hold it all together… and it still doesn’t feel right.

You’re not lazy. You’re not broken!

Three Things will help:

1) A dedicated weekly session you can count on:

  • Your 55-minute coaching slot is yours each week—no rebooking, no extra decisions.

  • This built-in consistency helps you create real momentum, instead of starting over again and again.

2) A safe, ADHD-informed space—with tools that actually work:

  • You don’t have to explain your brain here. This is a space where you’re understood.

  • You’ll learn proven, practical tools designed for ADHD—so you can move forward in ways that actually fit how you function.

3) Group coaching with people that also feel inspired to grow:

  • Learn alongside others who actually understand the ADHD experience — no explaining your backstory or justifying why something is hard

  • Be surrounded by people who nod along because they know exactly what you mean

  • Learn from more than just me — from everyone in the room

  • Their questions become your answers, their breakthroughs remind you what's possible

  • A reminder that you were never actually alone in this

The "Get A Hold of Yourself" Beta Program offers all three of these to you!

Meet your coach, Kamden.

My success as someone with ADHD has come through years of openness and a willingness to see my blind spots.

What makes my coaching unique is this: I’ve seen the same handful of principles trip people up over and over. From that, I created a framework that’s practical, actionable, and designed to get you moving in the moment. But I’m not just good at frameworks—I’m good at hearing you. Every person experiences ADHD differently, and I tailor my approach to your needs.

As a former coach matchmaker with well rounded approach to ADHD, I know how to personalize my coaching to anyone willing to learn.  They all say the same thing: “I feel more confident. More regulated. Like I finally have choice to create the life I want.”

If you’re ready to uncover the holes in your ADHD experience that are holding you back from a life that’s satisfying, organized, predictable, and fun, my beta program is your first step. You won’t regret it.

Who is this for?

ADHDers who are tired of feeling like everything else is running their life—and never having time for what truly makes them happy, grounded, and like themselves. While I am LDS and many of my clients share that faith, this program is designed to support anyone in finding what works for their life and priorities.

2

Can I use my Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending?

Absolutely, ADHD coaching can indeed support mental health. However, please note that you remain responsible for your payments, even if there are issues with your HSA/FSA card. It's always a good idea to check with your provider beforehand to avoid any misunderstandings.

Do I need an official ADHD diagnosis?

Nope. If you suspect you have ADHD or highly relate to common ADHD symptoms you are welcome.

3

Am I ready for Coaching?

If you’ve made it this far, there’s a good chance you’re ready for something to shift.

Real change is going to ask something of you—your effort, your honesty, your willingness to step outside what’s familiar.

I’m not here just to validate where you are. I’m here to help you grow. And growth isn’t always comfortable.

If you’re ready for that, I’m all in with you.
If not, this might not be the right fit—and that’s okay.

I'm worried I won't follow through.

As someone with ADHD, I completely understand this concern. While dedicating time to personal growth each week is wonderful, it's never mandatory. Your presence alone on our calls is valuable, and you'll benefit from simply being there.
