Can I use my Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending?

Absolutely, ADHD coaching can indeed support mental health. However, please note that you remain responsible for your payments, even if there are issues with your HSA/FSA card. It's always a good idea to check with your provider beforehand to avoid any misunderstandings.

Am I ready for 1:1 Coaching?

If you've made it this far, there's a strong possibility that you're ready for a significant change. To make progress, you'll need to be prepared to put in the effort and be open to stepping out of your comfort zone. If you're unsure, consider scheduling a consultation so we can discuss it further.

Who do I serve?

Do I need an official ADHD diagnosis?

Nope. If you suspect you have ADHD or highly relate to common ADHD symptoms you are welcome.

I'm worried I won't follow through.

As someone with ADHD, I completely understand this concern. While dedicating time to personal growth each week is wonderful, it's never mandatory. Your presence alone on our calls is valuable, and you'll benefit from simply being there.
